Usage and scope of application
The TD75 type general fixed belt conveyor (referred to as TD75 type) is widely used in metallurgy, coal, transportation, building materials, mining, chemical, port and other sectors due to its advantages such as large conveying capacity, simple structure, convenient maintenance, low cost and strong versatility, for conveying bulk materials or individual items. It can be arranged in a horizontal or inclined form according to the process requirements.
The temperature of the materials conveyed by the TD75 belt conveyor is below 50℃. The ambient temperature is between +40℃ and -25℃. If corresponding protective measures are taken, it can also be applied to occasions with special requirements such as explosion-proof, waterproof, anti-corrosion, heat resistance and cold resistance.Technical features and main parameters
The bulk density of the materials conveyed by the TD75 belt conveyor is below 2.5t/m³.
This series can be classified into six specifications based on bandwidth :500, 650, 800, 1000, 1200, and 1400mm.
According to the belt speed, it can be classified into eight types :0.8, 1.0, 1.25, 1.6, 2.0, 2.5, 3.15, and 4.0m/s.
The conveying capacity in the table is calculated under the conditions of material bulk density r=1.0t/m³, conveyor inclination Angle 0° to 7°, and dynamic material stacking Angle of 30°.Main technical parameters of TD75 belt conveyor
