Usage and scope of application
The DTⅡ and DTⅡ(A) type fixed belt conveyors are currently the general-purpose series products uniformly designed in China. Their main parameters and performance all comply with ISO international standards and are widely used in various industries such as metallurgy, mining, coal, ports, power, building materials, chemical engineering, and petroleum. The transportation system can be composed of single machines or multiple machines to convey materials, capable of transporting various bulk materials and individual items with a density ranging from 500 to 2500kg/m³.
This series of conveyors can meet the requirements of horizontal and inclined conveying, and can also adopt a conveying form combining convex arcs, concave arc sections and straight sections. The size of the material blocks that the conveyor can convey depends on the belt width, belt speed, trough Angle and inclination Angle. The maximum block size applicable to various bandwidths is recommended in this series to be selected according to Table 1.Product specifications and main parameters
The belt speed range of this series is 0.8 to 6.5m/s, among which the commonly used values are 0.8 to 5.0m/s. The belt speed, bandwidth and matching capability are shown in Table 2. (Note: 1. The conveying capacity is calculated based on horizontal transportation, with a dynamic stacking Angle of 20° and a idler trough Angle of 35°. 2. The belt speeds of 4.5m/s and 5.6m/s in the table are non-standard values and are generally not recommended for selection.)
