Features and application scope
(1) The DX type steel cord core belt conveyor is a universal series design, which belongs to high-strength belt conveyors and is suitable for large-volume and long-distance transportation of bulk materials.
(2) This series features seven types of belt widths, five belt speeds and ten belt strengths. The composition of the conveyor is shown in the table below.
(3) It can convey materials with a bulk density β of 0.8 to 2.5t/m³.
(4) The working environment temperature is generally -20 to 40℃. In cold regions, the drive part should have heating conditions.
(5) It has a long conveying distance, with a single machine length that can reach several kilometers. It has a large conveying capacity, with a conveying volume Q ranging from 400 to 9600m³/h.
(6) The elongation of the conveyor belt is small, about 1/5 of that of a common belt. The service life is 2 to 3 times longer than that of ordinary belts.
(7) It can be used in open-air environments, but it is advisable to adopt belt conveyor corridors or add protective covers as much as possible.
(8) It can be transported horizontally, inclined upwards and inclined downwards.
For explosion-proof types (underground or in factories), they are generally only suitable for horizontal transportation or transportation at a relatively small inclination Angle.
